In what some many are calling a desperate ploy to defend itself against Rambus anti-trust charges, in a pre-trial hearing yesterday, Micron's lead attorney Bill Price has claimed that Rambus should have known all along that Micron was lying to them!
This is equivelent to saying that Nicole Simpson should have known that OJ was going to kill her so it was her own fault she was murdered. Stay tuned for more as the Dram-Price Fixing Trial further attempts to weasel out of the upcoming trial. Rating :
