There is good and bad in this report. I don't like the climb in non-performing assets although they still aren't too high compared with many better known banks. I don't like the loss but its not indicative of future losses. I don't like the average coverage of its non - performing loans it used to have near 100% coverage and now its just like any other bank- maybe a bit better. I didn't like the dilution and talked with the CEO for 20 minutes about it a couple of months ago. He explained his side and I agreed somewhat with his reasoning.

I do like the growth in deposits and loans- the bank is expanding. I like Colorado and its market for the next 10 years this is the place to be. The branch network is solid.


Overall its not a short-term buy - be prepared to hold a couple of years and you will do well.
