So, here's what I got from it.

My whole thing as CEO is return on capital (ROC).

I am very succesful, and would have hit my ROC goal were it not for the economic downturn.

Never mind the fact that maximizing ROC has the effect of driving cost through the roof.

So, we cut inventory, lose custumers, and brag that we can still make money on contracts (PCC) that were in place when I got here.

Where's my bonus.... thanks, lets have lunch.

Oh, and we need to cut more at the local (plant) level. These NY costs are huge, but everyone needs an office in da city if they want to pretend to be big guys...

Blah Blah Blah, Where's that bonus. I'm really important. Blah Blah. Again, I need that bonus, my wife wants a new face lift.

Did I mention we hit my ROC goal in the third quater of last year? Not a one time thing, if it wasn't for this economic downturn.
