Financials lead as the XLF was up 2.57% today while the DOW and S&P were up only 2.08% and 1.92% respectively.

USB performed well vs most finincials as shown below after lagging for several days.

Additionally USB is only $1.37(5%) off the 2009 high. Many banks are 15% off their 2009 highs with some off 30% or more.
