Microsoft wants $119 for the Windows 7 Home Premium upgrade. The full version of Home Premium costs $199. Holy Cow! That's a lot of money.

On the other hand, the top 10 Linux distros are absolutely FREE and do not require Vista Capable hardware to run them:
