the only thing interesting is what a gravy train these execs have. i looked at the exec compensation of the prospectus and almost threw up. 1.8 mil for asslet for 188 mil in rev..give me a break. almost a mil for Bob 'Brett Farve' CFO. i'm leaving..have 150k..i'm leaving again..have another 100k. Saline 500k for an HR VP..give me a break.

look at the 'tasks' to make these bonus'.

i read this release in 2 ways, its to give them a gravy train if they are sold. its to give them a gravy train if taken over. either way the new owner jettisons them.

i wonder what all the hard working employees get??
