Well, it seems that the famous iPhone is finally having a powerful competitor: the wonderful Motorola Droid. Some people say that the iPhone is much, much better than Droid, but hey, everyone has the right for an opinion.

As you know, Droid has just been released in NYC and it was just a matter of seconds until the stores were invaded. As we expected Droid`s first day of sales in NYC was a success and to make you a better picture that it was you should know that some consumers began lining up at Verizon`s Wireless stores door as early as midnight just to have the chance to grab one of those babies.

But Droid`s sales weren`t a success just in NYC, for example – this morning at 7 a.m. outside the Manhattan’s SoHo store, in the chilly fall weather, hundreds of customers were waiting to buy the new phone and until 2 p.m. the store ran out of devices.
