You can buy (or could have bought) the shares today (actually, they're still trading after hours). You can not tender the shares since the tender has expired; however, any shares that you buy (or hadn't tendered) will be replaced by $31.00 cash. This is because JNJ completed the acquisition and they now own all shares.
