I know what MNRTA is. Traders short/buy sectors and REITs are in favor now. There're a number of ultra long/short REIT ETFs. Buy and/or sell them and the sector moves as an index.

Anyway, look for refinancing/loan restructuring to take place down the road. The companies which are too over leveraged, will likely see the vulture capitalists come in and buy on the relative cheap.
