as for the value question. the stock obviously didn't go up by the amount of the dividend or .80. That may be because they market is discounting the dividend until it is a sure thing. It also may be that the stock price before the announcement of the resolution of the ARS already included some value for the cash that would be successfully recovered. A third possibility is that this is a poorly watched stock, it is undervalued because the market is particularly inefficient as it relates to this stock, and we can make money from here. I hope it is the later
