We should hear sometime before the end of this month about the debt payoff which will effect the interest paid on our lines of credit and loans. This will impact the bottom line. Also the one million dollar charge we expect this quarter will be negated by the downsizing of the professional staff. Cutbacks in employees also will impact the bottom line as for a company like Mindspeed, this is our bigest expense. Mindspeed doesn't need 500 plus employees. By becoming lean, and profitable Mindspeed will present an attractive takeover or merger target. JMHO

The taking this stock over $4.00 created more action and hopefully we will get more turnover in the stock creating even more interest and price appreciation.
