I think a lot of people are buying this stock thinking a big company will buy Maximus out. The reality is that the company desperately tried to sell itself a 2 years ago and no one wanted the company after the name Maximus almost became synonymous with incompetence. Unfortunately in the last few years the company has only become worse. With rampant fraud, nepotism, cronyism and incompetence.
