I would expect MLAB to do well, depending on the capital budgets of their Datatrace customers. The medical products are relatively immune to short term economic effects; I would guess the Raven line is as well. And since their products save money for their customers (and/or are required by FDA and other regulation), there is some incentive for customers to buy them even when the economy is down.

If the top line growth we saw last quarter can be sustained, we should finally see the bottom line move up. Last quarter there were a few things that prevented earnings from growing, and I expect those to be single time occurrences rather than a long term habit.

There is a lot of cash on the sidelines right now, I wouldn't be surprised to see some interest in MLAB as a huge value. I think Q2 results should be out in around 3-4 weeks or so?
