Pert is MKS's IT outsouring vendor - Perot employees are located inside most MKS sites, with access to the most critical information that not all MKS employees can see.
Can there be a potential problem now that they all become DELL employees ?
I feel MKS will have a problem, at the very least they will be forced to replace some 1,000 Lenovo laptops that are owned by Perot and leased out to MKS.
At the worst case DELL may have other plans for the Perot staff so MKS may be left out dry.
