One can blame the economy for part of the shortfall in earnings.

At the same time one should ask if Bassoul should shoulder the blame as he has been the CEO for a long time. Does he still have the magic touch? Seems like the lustre is no longer there. All the hype (hyperbolisation maybe) about new products over the last few years is just that.

What is his plan now? It seems unclear to the ordinary investor.

Investors want to see results...not hype. Some of us will anxiously await his plan.

With his enormous pay, he should deliver more.
