Ya I guess so. I have just seen how abusive the company is to people. I have seen so many of the people I know that work(ed) at Magna get hurt from how they treat their people for not being able to deliver what is promised to the customers. They look at the people as the problem and never consider what has been provided to them to work with i.e. resources, processes etc... both of which are key to peoples success.
