anh shows that leverage is desirable else it would run to book. Sure it will earn less but still good enough to do as well as mfa or better. if mfa was accurate, then the others would be getting hit hard as they are.04 to .10 over book (at least book as of 9/30/2009) leverage is still desirable. sell mfa while buying anh.
