In the military they teach you to never give an order that you are not willing to do yourself. So why is it that Bob Cannon and Howard Johnson have thought it a good and viable idea to make the Forrest Grove plant work six days a week when they do not. Why is it that the people on the floor forgo all time off at 1/4 the pay of these two, but yet they don't have the days away from their families. I am a firm believer in leading by example and that these two should take a page from that book. C'mon guys! Cut the hours, cut the pay, increase the responsibility, increase the hours, cut the hours again, and now increase them. You boys are as inconsistent as a geriatric patient with IBS. Its high time you take the silver spoon out, I think the metal poisoning has gone to your brain.
