Some of you know me in real life, and some on this board would like to kill me. So after doing a lot of evaluation on ViaSytems I have come to a few conclusions to share with you.

First, Via systems old CEO bought a lot of board shop across Europe and a couple in the US. When the stock market started to crumble after 9/11 he stepped down and became the head of their board. At this point the dramatic slow down was blamed on him so he stepped aside. The company was on the open market and after being below target for a extended period of time they were delisted on the NASDAQ and were traded via pink slips on the open market. After another extended period of time they closed all there expensive shops in America and Europe except for their head quarters in St. Louis. Whether they did this so they could keep the certifications that came with the board shop or they did this to stay afloat is unknown. There is not a lot known of the Current chief officer, he might want to make a name for himself like the previous guy by buying and selling shops. Or he might want the longer more stable version by increasing his industry.

All I know is we are all known for are integrity, motivation, and diligence. Wether we have one day or a life time left, when you do eventually leave do you want to be know as the whiner and complainer that gave up or the warriors you truely are. As far as the all disgruntled ex-employees go, just remember this, at first they were calling us a sinking ship and when we started to get our stocks up they said great job and they shut the hell up. Now they are back on the board saying told you so. Make up your mind you dumb shmucks. Children like that should be seen and not heard.

As far as are current CEO goes, he took over as the stock was falling so yeah its going to go down, hello, the market. If you blame him for everything you should blame him for your obesity and lack of intelligence also. If you buy a crap car you cant blame the manufacturer. It is the person before that owned the vehicle and the value of the car is set by the want and the rarity in the market. And before the dumba**e* on her say there is lemons out of the manufacturing as a comparison know this. Merix pulled itself up out of the depths recently, we trimmed the fat now that you are gone, and we have survived before.

So what should you do? Prepare for might never be. At least you will be ready and not caught with your pants down. Don't worry and stew about it because there isn't much you can do. Don't bother your manager every five minutes as he or she is incredible busy as is, check with your lead instead as they have a lot more free time. No matter if we go or not it is still another day.

No I do not like the aspect of my company hiding its trying to barter a sale for the last several months from its employees. It is kind of shady. But look at it this way. If you were trying to sell your company and didn't want the workers to stop their production or quality, would you destroy their morale with said information, especially if it never happened. And remember this, you still have a job for now, and if we want to keep it we better put our heads down and push on or we could be looking for a job a lot sooner.

Work hard, be proud of what you do, how you do it, never give up till your heart beats its last pump, and give them hell my friends.
