AAI should buy Midwest out from under Tim H. and Republic. The deal has not been fully consummated yet. It would be poetic justice after what Tim did. AAI would get Midwest at a fraction of the previous cost and Tim's ego could not take the Midwest name to go away. There would be a lot of happy Midwest employees. It would also be a good competitive edge in Milwaukee to boot out Republic. Then AAI's main competition would come from Southwest.
