Recently there was a short note with my DRIP statement the Plan will now be buying shares on the open market, rather than MGEE issuing new shares or company owned shares....anyone have better information on this and/or a comment? I assume this is bullish since the DRIP will not be issuing new shares, which can be dilutive...
