Started buying this name today around $8.75!

Trading around 7 times annual cash flow at a major recession low. More like 5-6 times forward annual earnings in another 18 months or so. Super-strong balance sheet with plenty of shareholder equity and tangible book value. Nice short covering and buying pushed the stock price toward $13 not too long ago. Retesting the 200-day MA at $8.70 right now, before going higher in 2010.

Terrific real estate and economic recovery play, if you ask me. Rising rates of inflation will benefit stakeholders here, as price moves back toward 2007 all-time high level near $30 per share in 2010-2011.
