is TICC. book value just reported at 8.07--earnings 12 cents...only difference they pay 15 cents quarterly dividend and have no debt..presently over $5 a share. IMO they have limited upside whereas MCGC does. For long term shareholders MCGC has substantial stock price upside---short term who knows??
