I would not own this stock. The retention department is under crackdown that will reduce the costomer base. The assumption is that enough people will continuse to pay the higher price to cover the customer loss. This is a bad bet as everyone in the area is looking elsewhere. Verizon phone service in the area will get a boost. Not sure about cable and internet.
