Why would Haan and MCBC file a suit against Mac Legends instead of trying to work something out with them? I was at a local restaurant and discussing with some previous partners about lawsuits between Mac Legends and the bank.What are they thinking? They mentioned the partners put in just under 2 million and Mac bank put in 2.5 milion unsecured,in 2008 alone, just to keep the doors open? Current golf course appraisal is somewhere around 1 - 1.5 million. Lawsuit appears to stem from a previous deal (between the partners and MCBC)that blew apart when Haan and MCBC would not let the partnership fire the golf manager, who was a friend of Ron Haan's. Now I know why Coastal Real Estate exists!
