Hey All:
I computed the Texas ratio of MBWM on 7.26.09 to be about .45. This is an approximation only, as I can't get the amount of intangibles on the balance sheet. If anyone knows of this I would appreciate it. A Texas Ratio of 1.0 indicates severe problems. MBWM certainly has problems, but at this point, they are in no imminent danger of going under. We'll have to see over time what happens, but MBWM is priced at a significant discount to their book value. If they can get things worked out, they might be making over a $1/share. Time will tell.
