thats the real question... if so,

-stock price of $0.42 is a steal because this will be an easy 5 or even 8-10 folds in 1 year..

-another possibility is a foreign bank can acquire it to get access to U.S market taking the benefit of weak US$, such as a bank from Canada or Middle East ... possible 5 folds in 6 months.

-last option will be bankruptcy, FDIC close down etc...
