Masco Contractor services had started to implement the Oracle software in 2005 with 150 million dollars and plan to finish the project in 1 year, but now its been 4 years and still didn't finish it at half way due to poor design and management. One way MCS is cutting salary to save money and other way unexperienced mgmt is ignoring the waste of million dollars. One good thing about MCS is, if you can play politics then you can get promotion(even though you don't know mgmt). The whole Oracle mgmt team is completely unexperienced in otherwords they never did work in Oracle in that position and now spending million dollars. There are already 3 pauses and yesterday another pause so somebody will get promotion!!!!! at MCS politics is more and work is less. I am tired of working here, please get me another job!!!!!
