I think it's worth noting that insiders basically own no stock in MAM. The value to them is a continuing stream of salary and bonus payments--not a cashout of the Company.

I think a buyout is only likely if a hostile offer is made and can't be refuted by the Board. Perhaps that's why they hired the banker?
