I think paolino and old board overpaid for linkstar but mace has already taken some charges against the business so it may be on books for around $8.5MM down from $10.5M. Linkstar is profitable but a tough business and not synergistic with core security. Current multiple to revs probably compressed right now but MACE not forced to sell it right now either. Co has plenty of cash and more proceeds to come in for car washes.
