Based on valuation/revenue multiples. Cadence is trading at a multiple of about 2.4 times their revenue guidance for the year. Magma is trading well below that, probably because it's still recovering from the debt concerns. But if they got the same multiple Cadence gets the stock would be at nearly $6. So even if you discount it for perceived risk, $5 is not a ridiculous number. Certainly it should be trading AT LEAST in the range of $3 to $4.
