Hi mesa 66, nice to see someone else on top of everything. The CT orders are quite interesting along with the fact that mesa is being so quite. Monthly data, no CC, etc.

I was wondering also about the Aloha news I saw this weekend. didn't mesa pay yuciapa a large sum for selling aloha name to them. Does yuciapa owe mesa money now? Remember, mesa paid them 10% of our outstanding shares as part of the aloha settlement which included yuciapa to give aloha name to mesa.
I find the withdrawl strange. Maybe its to get around the legalities and yuciapa will take a new route for the aloha name. Maybe mesa doesn't want the name anymore as it has been building its own brand name GO for 3 years now.
Maybe a buyout is in the works, thats why mesa doesnt care about CCs and monthly flight data.
RJET just bought frontier recently, maybe they are on a buying spree. If they bought mesa, then they could merge mokulee and GO. Use the rest of mesa for frontier rejionals. Just a thought here.

I use to like flying Frontier, they were a low cost carrier and I believed they were based out of Phoniex, AZ.

Isn't mesa based there? It makes sense for rjet logistically to buy mesa for both the hawaiian and phoniex locals.

The withdrawl of the appeal is interesting. It could be for legal reasons, ie the order is not a final order which disposes of all the issues between the parties. It could also mean that Yuciapa told the Trustee that they had lost interest in buying the Aloha intelectual property.
It could also mean that Yuciapa knew that the two step appeal (District Court and then 9th Circuit) was just too costly given the potential profit in the IP.

What Does a BUYOUT mean to a person such as myself buying stock like its going out of style with hopes of it going to 5,6,7 and up? what price would we get for the stock? if this buyout occured?

Where did U guys find this crap? First - United is almost dead! paying 17% interest everything they have in hock! Delta wants out of the contract w/Mesa. US Air is on the virge of folding. Any of these hold true and Mesa is done. I'm hoping for the best myself; but why would Rjet buy something that it can have for free. Also, Rjet is trying to reduce it's smaller aircraft & get rid of CRJ's. Rjet wants Hawaii but not bad enough to buy something as high risk as this. I'm in Mesa & hoping for the best - but come on guys - @ least have the appearance of trying to keep it real.
