Any news of any other local savings banks planning to go public? Some others in the Philadelphia market would be Phoenixville Federal Bank & Trust, United American Savings Bank, Iron Worker's Savings Bank, Bally Savings Bank and Chelten Savings Bank. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks and good luck to all.

ok pop here

ots seems to be doing a better job at pricing

in this difficult time for lenders

be on look for more banks at 50% - 60% of book

a good safe entry point

in this climate

i like the new converts best

safer and cheaper

plus m and a is sluggish

so less value to own the older thrifts
