Holdings within the fund determines what dividend the fund pays out. During times like this last year, obviosuly not much came into the fund as previous years. The fund must pay whatever divs are received.

I think we were a bit "spoiled" the last few years, and this fund can and will recover as the world economy gets back on it's feet.

IMO, Latin America is a nice ETF to own.
