A norwegian solar analyst (unbiased, mostly follows REC) said to the biggest fiancial daily that QCE USED A (silly) FORMALITY TO GET OUT OF THE CONTRACT, and that the real reason was they just wanted cheaper wafers. Hey, whenever I don't win the lottery can I have my money back too..? F***ing crooks. I just can't see LDK losing this case in court.
