offering wafers alot cheaper than LDK... thus QCELLS breaches their supply agreement with LDK... hoping to buy cheaper wafers from SOL... only to find out they get sued by LDK...

LDK wins the lawsuit... because QCELLS needs cheap wafers ALOT more than LDK needs QCELLS polysilicon... LDK is producing its own poly now... QCELLS already stressed balance sheet is weakened even further by losing LDK's lawsuit... therefore QCELLS has to default on their most recent wafer supply agreement (whoever it may be with - im only speculating it would be with SOL)... and SOL turns around and sues QCELLS for breaching that agreement...

end result:

the chinese 1-2 punch from LDK and SOL take out one of the worlds largest solar players (QCELLS)...

phucking brilliant...
