I disagree that they should rely on debt- they can raise a tremendous amount of capital by finally listing in Shanghai, and be rid of some of that onerous wall street debt. Then they can also move forward fully into China based production for sale in China, with the gov't blessing implied by a big IPO.

Of course, that would eventually leave the shorts here in an untenable position- namely short huge amounts of an illiquid adr that the main position would trade during the night in New York- but so be it.

The stock price here reflects too much debt and too little cash- well, then go where the cash is- it sure isn't here in the US.

Face it, America has totally lost the edge in solar, this large factory complex in China shows that we are losing our edge in high tech, beyond some expensive research.
