With Merck partnering with ASONEP (remember they imlemented this partnership at phase 1)...

AND iSONEP already set to move on to one or TWO phase two trials after the outstanding most recent phase one results...

I am sure that MERCK and others are in talks currently with LPTH...

THe question is, does LPATH just keep the one partnership for one aplication with MERCK...and use the proceeds to build the rest of their programs...thus maintaining 100% control of iSONEP and any other applications of ASONEP...

Or do they partner with someone with iSONEP and gain even more leverage and cash, but lose some control an profits down the road...
