All the DC Metro area seems to be doing this just like they have in Britain .. Speed Cameras seem to be doing much better then the fingerprint business.
Guess Fingerprinting & Security Hype only works when you have a Rethuglican administration in the WH... they induce all that with the HYPE & FEAR they spread. Or fingerprint profits must be getting absorbed by horse racing farm expenses....... Rating :
