On the Q1 CC Bob stated that the 3rd and 4th quarter business was going to really ramp up and we would begin to see the fruits of his labor.

On the Q2 CC he missed in a big way and guided lower.

In the 3rd Q CC he missed in a big way and guided even lower and lowered the next years guidance by some 70 million.

Bottom line Bob is a con artist, or just a flat out liar. Bob also stated last year that if L1 was not a 1 billion dollar company he would sell the company. He made it sound like he could fetch a price higher then the $14 that it was trading at.

Bob is still living in th e90's where CEO's would pay themselves and give bonuses to themselves for failure. We all seen what happened to Enron and Worldcom.
