I bid on my first auction last week and won then promptly paid.

2 days later I recieve an email informing me that the seller has refused to deliver and my money would be refunded. I did receive a prompt refund but I had already spent money on parts and supply's to move this equipment once I recieved it.

Here's what Liquidation.com sent me in an email:

"Cancellations by our sellers are a rare occurrence, however this risk should be
taken into account when bidding, as specified in our Terms and Conditions,
section 5.1."

They tell you in bold type on the auction page that the buyer faces stiff penalities for failure to pay. It appears that the seller can just decide not to honor the deal and that's the end of it.

I won't be doing business with Liquidation.com ever again.
