I found it interesting that VNO, which like LXP had been paying 90% of its dividend in stock, reversed course and announced its next dividend will be mostly in cash. I would be pleased to see LXP do the same. One frustration with LXP is its calendar of having the dividend announced after the quartly cc. I would rather see it done like most other companies, where you know what the divy is going to be when they hold the cc.
