Doubled up position to 25% of portfolio at $4.30. I have looked at the numbers and looked at the numbers again and on a going forward basis I don't see how this stock can be trading this low without projecting a clear bankruptcy filled tenant base...at a $1.32 FFO, 5X is ~$6.6, 6X is ~$7.9, and 7X is $9.2.

Long-term this is a clear winner. Now let's see 0.33 cent+ FFO in Q3 and I will be a happy man.
