Re: Liberty acquiring Worldspace assets?     30-Oct-09 05:44 pm
"SIRI is dead weight! "

I don't agree. SIRI closed at $0.59 today. Each LCAPA holds the equivalent of 25 SIRI but as a preferred stock. That is worth $14.75 a share. If XM/Sirius is successful, the stock will be worth a multiple of that. If XM/Sirius is not successful, LCAPA holds the equivalent of 40% of the SIRI but in a preferred position. Liberty is in a strong position to take over Sirius and straighten out the management mistakes and to take advantage of the massive tax loss carryforward due to the management mistakes.

Heads or Tails, LCAPA wins.
