ERISA Litigation reaches settlement. 401K holders to receive settlement dollars soon.

This is the litigation that successfully claimed Loral breached its fidicuary duties by REQUIRING all LOR 401K holders to keep the company's matching 401K dollars in the POS Loral stock, which subsequently bankrupted and went to zero.

Loral did not allow 401K holders to transfer any matching funds out of Loral stock until it was too late - just prior to bankruptcy when LOR was a penny stock and had lost 99% of its value. That's the legacy of that ass wipe Old Baldie - forcing Loral employees to keep their matching savings in a soon-to-be bankrupt company. The hubris, arrogance, and sheer stupidity of that fxck and his ignorant yes-men (that still run the dump btw) never ceases to amaze me.

By my estimation, it's a settlement of approx. 10 cents on the dollar for 401K holders. Better than nothing, but scant relief for all those those smelly old white dudes with bad breath that seem to run the place.
