Maybe this is part of the reason for the weakness in the stock? I am not too familiar with the case to know how it would impact our patents but still maintain the stock is cheap outside the patent income/potential settlements. But no doubt an unfavorable ruling if it impacts our patents would lead to a big impact on the stock price.
