Noticed 4 Insider Form 4 reports yesterday. CEO and 2 dirctors added shares at market on 10/01. VP/General Councel sold 25000 on 9/30. Net 2 day positive market addition of +51940 shares. In addition CEO exercised 100,000 share option that were did not expire until 2015. Market has also shown recent good sentiment. A little curious that VP/GC is selling ~25% of his shares. He held 1/5 as many shares as CEO.

Any thoughts?
