Has anyone who follows this company read the 10Q or supporting documents in enough detail to know what is the Goodwill Impairment they are claiming as an expense on the 4Q 2008 10Q? I assume this is some business they purchased that they then decided to close due to the economy?

If I read the financials correctly, the goodwill loss is a paper loss not a cash flow loss? Their cash position is not substantially impaired by the large 4Q loss, and they have substantial cost cutting measures announced. Am I reading this wrong?
