Some where along the line management forgot who are the owners of the company. Got to love all those stock options for a job well done. But i guess they way to look at it - is that mangement wants the stock options and not the bonuses because they'll be showing better earnings down the road but the first sign of trouble will be when all these short timer insiders start selling these options - just follow their lead since they haven't done much with the share price in years and the only one making out is the insiders and the shareholders have been on the short end of the stick for quite a long time
