2.5M shares paid for ADL, per 8/3/09 13D filing. Is there now concern that Feeny/Kelly/Miller will be dumping them soon? This is only about 10% of LSI's stock cap, but in terms of daily volume (80K/day) would take a long time to sell. OTOH LSI could decide to buy the shares wholesale, but does not seem to have cash on hand for. Curious coincidence WRT to the stock falling back from this week's upsurge? Or not. GLTA
